  1. Conduct data analysis to support procurement operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and other tools to monitor performance and track progress towards goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
  4. Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
  5. Monitor market trends and conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  7. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
  8. Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidance as needed.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews of procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  11. Train and educate employees on procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  12. Prepare and present procurement reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  13. Act as a liaison between Prologis and suppliers, maintaining positive relationships and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues in procurement processes and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the procurement team by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Procurement, Logistics, Or Supply Chain Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Software And Tools, Such As Excel, Sap, And Tableau.
