1. Develop and implement procurement analytics strategies to support the overall procurement strategy of the company.
2. Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing procurement processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and operations, to gather and analyze data and present findings to key stakeholders.
4. Monitor and track key procurement metrics and KPIs, such as supplier performance, cost savings, and contract compliance.
5. Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities within the procurement process and make data-driven recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
6. Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into procurement performance and trends.
7. Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best practices and industry trends in procurement analytics.
8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in procurement analytics and recommend new tools or techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Train and mentor junior team members on procurement analytics techniques and best practices.
10. Act as a subject matter expert on procurement analytics for the company, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
