- Conduct legal research and compile information for use by legal team.
- Draft and edit legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
- Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence and communication for legal team.
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal team.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the legal team.
- Prepare and submit legal documents for filing with courts and other agencies.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for legal proceedings.
- Monitor and track deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department.
Proficiency In Legal Research And Document Management Software.
