14. Assist in the development of pricing strategies for properties.
15. Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activity.
16. Work closely with property management teams to ensure tenant satisfaction.
17. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and potential tenants.
18. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
