  1. Manage and oversee all leasing activities for Prologis, including negotiating lease agreements, conducting property tours, and maintaining relationships with clients.
  2. Develop and implement creative and effective leasing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Act as a liaison between Prologis and clients, ensuring all leasing processes are efficient and effective.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create and execute leasing plans and strategies.
  6. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors in order to make informed leasing decisions.
  7. Utilize strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of Prologis properties to potential clients.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records and reports for management.
  9. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Prologis and expand client base.
  10. Continuously strive to improve leasing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay updated on local and national real estate market conditions, regulations, and laws.
  12. Uphold Prologis' reputation as a leader in the industrial real estate industry through professional and ethical conduct.
