- Accurately process lease documents for industrial properties in a timely manner.
- Ensure all lease information is entered and recorded correctly in company databases.
- Communicate with leasing agents and property managers to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of all lease documents.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Knowledge Of Lease Documentation: A Lease Processor At Prologis Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Various Types Of Lease Agreements, Including Triple Net, Gross, And Modified Gross Leases. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry-Standard Lease Language And Terminology.
Excellent Attention To Detail: The Lease Processor Is Responsible For Accurately Inputting And Reviewing Lease Information Into Prologis' Systems. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure All Lease Terms And Data Are Accurately Recorded.
Proficiency In Lease Management Software: Prologis Uses Specialized Lease Management Software To Track And Manage Their Lease Agreements. Prospective Lease Processors Should Have Experience Working With Similar Software And Be Able To Quickly Learn And Adapt To Prologis' Systems.
