- Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all systems and applications by monitoring and maintaining their performance and security.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and tools that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Communicate technical information and solutions to non-technical employees in a clear and understandable manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide training and support as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to current systems.
- Work with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to IT security and data privacy.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience Working In It Support Roles.
Strong Technical Skills In Troubleshooting Hardware, Software, And Network Issues.
Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems, Including Windows And Macos.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.
