1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with investors and stakeholders on behalf of Prologis.
2. Communicate effectively and professionally with investors and stakeholders through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
3. Assist in the preparation of materials for investor meetings and presentations.
4. Conduct research and analysis to support the Investor Relations team in understanding market trends and investor sentiment.
5. Collaborate with other departments within the company to gather and provide accurate and timely information to investors and stakeholders.
6. Coordinate and manage logistics for investor events and meetings.
7. Monitor and track investor inquiries and provide timely and thorough responses.
8. Maintain accurate and organized records of investor interactions and communications.
9. Stay updated on industry news, market trends, and competitor activities to inform and advise the Investor Relations team.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.
11. Prepare and distribute regular reports and updates to the Investor Relations team and other relevant departments.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the Investor Relations department.
