Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Intern to join our Real Estate Operations team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and dynamic world of commercial real estate.   1. Provide support to the Real Estate Operations team by assisting with daily tasks and projects.
  2. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving processes and procedures.
  3. Conduct research on industry trends and market analysis to support decision-making.
  4. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Shadow team members and learn about various aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, property management, and acquisitions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to gain a comprehensive understanding of Prologis' operations.
  7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
  8. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Real Estate Operations team.
  9. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  10. Represent Prologis in a positive manner and uphold the company's values and standards.
