
HR Technology Manager, Special Projects

- Manage and optimize all HR technology systems, including but not limited to the HR management system, applicant tracking system, and performance management system.
- Proactively identify and implement new technology solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for special HR projects.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR technology-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and maintain training materials and provide training to employees on how to effectively use HR technology systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with HR leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of HR technology services.
- Continuously monitor and analyze HR technology metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and systems.
- Lead change management efforts related to HR technology initiatives, including communication and training plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR technology and provide guidance and support to HR team members and employees.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR data.
- Uphold and promote the company's culture and values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Technology, Preferably In A Project Management Role
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Experience With Hris, Ats, And Performance Management Software
Project Management Certification (Pmp Or Equivalent) Preferred
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
