3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all vehicles, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
4. Manage and maintain accurate records of all fleet-related expenses, including fuel, repairs, and maintenance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to clients.
6. Hire, train, and supervise a team of drivers, providing them with ongoing support and performance feedback.
7. Source and negotiate contracts with vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

9. Ensure all drivers are properly licensed and trained, and that all vehicles are properly registered and insured.

12. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as leasing companies and insurance providers.
13. Conduct regular audits and inspections of vehicles and drivers to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
