- Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles and equipment, including trucks, vans, forklifts, and other specialized machinery.
- Develop and implement fleet management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor and maintain records of all fleet-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, and insurance.
- Create and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all vehicles and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
