
Facility Manager

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial properties.
- Ensure that all buildings are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
- Manage a team of facility technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance services.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and budgets.
- Monitor and track expenses related to facility maintenance and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and create reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for facility management and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and tenants to address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required to stay informed on company policies and procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facility Or Property Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance Procedures.
Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations Related To Facility Management And Safety.
