- Oversee the maintenance and operations of Prologis industrial properties.
- Ensure all properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement maintenance and operational procedures to optimize property performance.
- Manage a team of maintenance staff and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Create and manage budgets for property maintenance and operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all property needs are met.
- Monitor and track property expenses and report on variances and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement them in daily operations.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for each property.
- Address and resolve any tenant concerns related to property maintenance and operations.
- Conduct regular meetings with property owners to provide updates and discuss any issues.
- Prepare and present reports on property maintenance and operations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property maintenance and operations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws and regulations related to industrial properties.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In The Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Codes, And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Overseeing Multiple Properties And Teams.
