- Oversee the maintenance and operations of all Prologis properties, including logistics facilities and distribution centers.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
- Manage and coordinate all repair and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Conduct regular inspections of all properties to identify and address any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to negotiate favorable contracts and ensure quality services.
- Communicate regularly with tenants to address any facility-related concerns and maintain strong tenant relations.
- Create and maintain a schedule for routine maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and management of facility staff, including maintenance technicians and custodial workers.
- Monitor and track facility-related expenses and prepare reports for upper management.
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures for all properties.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to facility management.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Proven Experience In Budget Management And Cost Control.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Coordinate A Team Of Maintenance Technicians And Contractors.
