  1. Oversee the maintenance and operations of all facilities within the company, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  2. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement cost-effective solutions for facilities management.
  3. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best services and pricing for the company.
  4. Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations, ensuring all facilities are up to code and safe for employees.
  5. Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  6. Create and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
  7. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs and address them in a timely manner.
  8. Lead and supervise a team of facility maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and efficient operations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and executives, to understand their needs and address any facility-related concerns.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Coordinate and oversee major facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and new construction.
  12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as energy usage and facility maintenance costs, to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure facilities meet the needs of all employees and support the overall goals of the company.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of facilities and any significant issues or improvements.
  15. Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the facilities team, ensuring all employees are trained on safety protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Safety.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Budget Management And Cost Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Stakeholders.
