Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Safety.
Demonstrated Experience In Budget Management And Cost Control.
