- Oversee the maintenance and operations of all Prologis properties.
- Ensure the functionality, safety, and efficiency of all facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance and safety protocols.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance and facilities staff.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, expenses, and contracts.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Train and educate staff on safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain records and documentation of all facility-related activities.
- Manage and oversee all facility-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve facility operations and maintenance processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In The Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Operations, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire/Life Safety.
Proven Track Record Of Managing Multiple Properties And Projects Simultaneously, While Ensuring Cost-Effectiveness And Efficiency.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Vendor Relationships.
