  1. Develop and implement environmental health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of company facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs on safety protocols and procedures.
  4. Investigate and analyze incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to environmental health and safety.
  6. Coordinate and maintain safety data sheets, chemical inventories, and other relevant documentation.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of emergency response plans.
  8. Facilitate and participate in safety meetings and committees to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  9. Communicate regularly with management and employees to address safety concerns and provide guidance on safety-related issues.
  10. Serve as the main point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns from employees, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  11. Monitor and track safety metrics and develop reports for management to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  12. Assist in the development and management of budgets related to environmental health and safety.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's environmental health and safety programs.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where safety is a top priority for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Real Estate Or Logistics Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental And Safety Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety Protocols.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Safety Programs And Procedures To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Risks.
