  1. Develop and implement company-wide environmental health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards and environmental risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain emergency response plans.
  4. Organize and conduct training sessions for employees on safety protocols and best practices.
  5. Monitor and track safety incidents and ensure timely reporting and investigation.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to environmental sustainability and health and safety.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
  8. Communicate with external regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with all environmental health and safety regulations.
  9. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of safety equipment and ensure availability of necessary personal protective equipment.
  10. Collaborate with property management teams to identify and address any potential environmental hazards on properties.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with local community members and organizations to promote environmental sustainability initiatives.
  12. Conduct regular reviews of company operations to identify areas for improvement in environmental and safety practices.
  13. Respond to employee and tenant inquiries and concerns related to environmental health and safety.
  14. Prepare and present reports on environmental health and safety performance to senior management.
  15. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies during inspections or investigations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety Protocols.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Environmental Health And Safety Management, Preferably In A Warehouse Or Industrial Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Osha Standards.

  • Certification In Occupational Health And Safety (Cohs) Or Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Preferred.
