  2. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to address health and safety concerns and develop solutions.
  4. Train employees on safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe work environment.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate safety meetings and trainings to keep employees informed and engaged.
  6. Investigate and report on workplace incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety training, incidents, and inspections.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  10. Communicate with external agencies and stakeholders regarding safety initiatives and compliance requirements.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans.
  12. Identify and recommend improvements to existing safety procedures and protocols.
  13. Communicate safety regulations and company policies to all employees and contractors.
  14. Monitor and track safety metrics and report on progress and areas for improvement.
  15. Participate in incident investigations and work with management to identify and implement corrective actions.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety Protocols And Procedures.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Health And Safety, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Health And Safety, Preferably In A Warehouse Or Industrial Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Environmental Health And Safety.

  • Ability To Conduct Risk Assessments, Develop Safety Policies And Procedures, And Respond To Safety Incidents In A Timely And Effective Manner.
