  1. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  4. Communicate and train employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  5. Investigate and report any accidents, incidents, or near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on all environmental laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stay informed on any changes or updates.
  8. Coordinate and oversee all environmental testing and monitoring activities.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans.
  11. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on environmental, health, and safety performance.
  12. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  13. Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
  14. Assist in the development and management of the environmental, health, and safety budget.
  15. Represent the company in environmental, health, and safety-related meetings and conferences.
  16. Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices and make recommendations for implementation.
  17. Serve as a resource and provide guidance to employees on environmental, health, and safety matters.
  18. Conduct research and provide recommendations on new technologies and practices to enhance environmental sustainability.
  19. Respond to any environmental incidents and work to mitigate any potential impacts.
  20. Act as the primary point of contact for all environmental, health, and safety-related inquiries and concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Health And Safety Management, Preferably In A Warehouse Or Industrial Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Environmental Health And Safety, Including Osha And Epa Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety Procedures And Policies.

  • Certification In Relevant Safety Programs, Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Occupational Health And Safety Technician (Ohst).
