- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support Prologis' sustainable energy goals.
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential renewable energy projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage and oversee energy-related finance projects.
- Monitor and report on financial performance of energy initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulations related to sustainable energy and make recommendations for Prologis' approach.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate financing options for sustainable energy projects.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support decision-making related to energy projects.
- Communicate with senior leadership to provide updates on the financial status and progress of energy initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on financial aspects of sustainable energy projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with energy finance projects.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to optimize and improve Prologis' financial strategy for sustainable energy.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Energy Finance, Renewable Energy Financing, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Modeling, Investment Analysis, And Risk Management.
Experience In Managing Energy Efficiency And Sustainability Programs.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
