
Director, Customer Led Development - Central Region

- Develop and implement a customer-led development strategy for the Central Region in alignment with Prologis' overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to inform development plans.
- Oversee all aspects of development projects in the region, from site selection and acquisition to design, construction, and delivery.
- Lead a team of development professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Stay informed on market trends and industry best practices to inform decision-making and drive innovation in development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leasing, finance, and construction, to ensure seamless execution of development projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including clients, senior leadership, and internal teams, to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region, working closely with the business development team to secure new business.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to ensure efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of ethical standards in all development activities.
- Represent Prologis as a thought leader in the logistics real estate industry, attending conferences and networking events to promote the company's brand and capabilities.
Proven Leadership Skills: The Director Of Customer Led Development Must Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Teams And Projects, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others Towards A Common Goal.
Extensive Real Estate Experience: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Commercial Real Estate Industry, Including Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Development Processes. A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Relevant Experience Is Typically Required.
Customer-Centric Mindset: As The Director Of Customer Led Development, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Responding To Customer Needs In The Central Region. A Strong Understanding Of Customer Preferences And The Ability To Anticipate Their Needs Is Crucial.
