- Collaborate with a team of professionals to support the development of logistics real estate projects.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Development Or Commercial Real Estate.
Strong Financial Analysis Skills And Ability To Create Pro Forma Statements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Stakeholders And Partners.
Knowledge Of Local And Regional Real Estate Markets, Including Zoning And Entitlement Processes.
