Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Commercial Real Estate Development Or Finance.
Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Modeling, With Strong Attention To Detail.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Familiarity With Local Zoning And Permitting Processes, As Well As Knowledge Of Market Trends And Developments In The Commercial Real Estate Industry.
