Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Administration, Preferably In Commercial Or Industrial Real Estate.
Strong Knowledge Of Construction Processes, Project Management Principles, And Building Codes And Regulations.
Proficiency In Project Management Software, Such As Procore Or Plangrid, And Microsoft Office.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
