- Identify and report potential compliance risks to senior management and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and other stakeholders to address complex compliance issues and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current on compliance best practices and network with other professionals in the field.
- Continuously assess and improve the company's compliance program to ensure it remains effective and aligned with industry standards.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Risk Management.
Strong Understanding Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.
Professional Certification In Compliance, Such As Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crcm) Or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (Ccep), Preferred.
