We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development professional for our Warehouse Solutions division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and drive growth through the development of innovative warehouse solutions.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand market share for the Warehouse Solutions division.
  2. Identify potential clients and establish relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the warehouse industry.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative warehouse solutions that meet the needs of clients.
  5. Create and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of our warehouse solutions.
  6. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  8. Maintain a strong understanding of Prologis' services and offerings to effectively promote and sell to potential clients.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and successful delivery of services to clients.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Prologis, representing the company and its values in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales And Business Development Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Warehouse Or Logistics Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth And Building Long-Term Relationships With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Warehouse Solutions And Logistics Industry: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Warehouse Solutions And Logistics Operations. They Should Be Familiar With Industry Trends, Market Dynamics, And The Competitive Landscape In Order To Effectively Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: A Key Aspect Of This Role Is Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients And Negotiating Deals. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, And Be Able To Effectively Convey The Value Of Prologis' Warehouse Solutions To Potential Clients.

  • Strategic Thinking And Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Analyze Market Data, Identify Potential Business Opportunities, And Develop Effective Sales Strategies. They Should Also Have Strong Analytical Skills To Track And Measure The Success Of Their Efforts.
