Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Management, Preferably In Commercial Real Estate.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Real Estate Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Reporting, Including Lease Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
