Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Management, Preferably Within The Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Strong Financial Analysis Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Interpret Financial Reports And Models.
Knowledge Of Property Management, Leasing, And Development Processes.
