- Develop and implement an overarching strategy for integrating AI and LLM technologies into our legal operations
- Identify and evaluate potential AI and LLM tools and platforms that can enhance our legal processes and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT, and business units, to understand their needs and requirements for AI and LLM solutions
- Lead the implementation and adoption of AI and LLM technologies across the legal department, including training and support for team members
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and LLM and proactively suggest new tools or approaches to improve our legal operations
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in the use of AI and LLM technologies
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and impact of AI and LLM tools on our legal operations and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for AI and LLM solutions, including negotiating contracts and maintaining strong partnerships

Advanced Degree In Artificial Intelligence Or Related Field, Such As Computer Science, Data Science, Or Machine Learning.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Leading Ai Projects And Teams, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Machine Learning Algorithms And Techniques, And Experience Applying Them To Real-World Business Problems.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Ai Strategies To Drive Business Growth And Efficiency.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
