
Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst
At Procore Technologies, we are looking for an experienced Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst to join our workforce management team and help us manage our employee schedules. This professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive, up-to-date schedule for our workforce, while ensuring that our employees' hours are compliant with all applicable policies and regulations. We seek an individual who is highly organized and can quickly adapt to changing environments, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, and/or human resources. Additionally, knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations is essential for this role. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with people and creating an efficient workforce management schedule. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date employee scheduling system that meets all necessary requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations regarding employee hours and labor laws.
- Quickly adapt to changing environments and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, vacation, and sick time.
- Track and analyze employee performance data to ensure efficient scheduling and productivity.
- Create and maintain employee schedules that meet organizational needs and goals.
- Communicate regularly with employees to ensure scheduling accuracy and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with human resources, payroll, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely information for workforce management purposes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workforce management programs and policies.
- Provide technical assistance to employees and supervisors as needed.
