Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join Procore Technologies on our mission to provide world-class, cloud-based software solutions for the construction industry. In this role, you will be a key member of our Solutions Engineering team, working with our clients to identify, design, and implement solutions tailored to their business needs. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, configuring our software products, and providing technical support.The ideal candidate should have at least three years' experience in a customer-facing engineering role, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Understand customer needs and develop tailored software solutions.
2. Configure Procore Technologies software products to meet customer needs.
3. Provide technical support to customers as needed.
4. Develop creative solutions to challenging problems.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
6. Communicate complex technical concepts to customers and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
7. Work with the team to ensure successful implementation of the software solutions.
8. Troubleshoot any customer-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
9. Monitor customer feedback and work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Participate in meetings and workshops to discuss customer requirements and other technical topics.
