Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join the team at Procore Technologies. You will be responsible for delivering technical support to all employees of the company, while also developing and maintaining a secure network infrastructure. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to working with teams.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in IT support. You must also have a thorough understanding of network systems and be highly proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of system security, administration, and data backup. Responsibilities:

  1. Providing technical support and assistance to all employees of Procore Technologies.
  2. Developing and maintaining a secure network infrastructure.
  3. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  4. Implementing system security, administration, and data backup processes.
  5. Assisting with cloud solutions implementation and maintenance.
  6. Ensuring the availability and reliability of the network infrastructure.
  7. Providing training and technical support to employees on the use of network systems.
  8. Documenting and maintaining technical support processes and procedures.
  9. Diagnosing and resolving technical and network issues.
  10. Researching and recommending new IT solutions to improve operations.
