Custom Solutions Specialist
In this role, you’ll partner with our customers to develop innovative solutions for the unique challenges that continuously occur in the Construction industry. Maintain an in-depth understanding of company technology, products, and services. Have a thorough understanding of the construction industry and its processes, how Procore seeks to simplify those processes for its customers, and what Custom Solutions can offer as solutions. Learn to use Ecrion Design Studio Publisher to create and edit templates that will generate client’s custom PDFs; adhere to best practices while also looking for novel solutions. Diligently respond to client requests for customizations via phone and email. Consistent attention to detail and management of all administrative aspects of job. Utilize Salesforce for all client interactions and tracking/maintaining of individual metrics.
Basic understanding of SaaS business model
Design or Programming experience preferred
Desire to work collaboratively, to be able to ask for help, and hold to a common vision
