  1. Develop and implement solutions to enhance the Workday platform and improve overall employee experience.
  2. Collaborate with a team to analyze business requirements and design custom solutions within Workday.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday functionality.
  4. Stay updated on new Workday features and enhancements, and make recommendations for implementation.
  5. Work closely with HR and other departments to understand their needs and provide solutions to streamline processes.
  6. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate and efficient functionality.
  7. Provide technical expertise and support to end-users.
  8. Maintain documentation of Workday processes and procedures.
  9. Continuously monitor and improve Workday system performance.
  10. Train and support end-users on new Workday features and processes.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Workday.
  13. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system enhancements.
  14. Adhere to Prisma Health's mission and values while performing job duties.
  15. Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  16. Communicate progress and any potential issues to management and stakeholders.
  17. Uphold confidentiality and security protocols related to employee data.
  18. Act as a subject matter expert for Workday within the organization.
  19. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new HR systems or tools.
  20. Stay current on Workday certification and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Workday As A Developer Or Consultant.

  • Proficiency In Workday Development Tools, Including Workday Studio And Workday Cloud Connect.

  • Strong Understanding Of Workday Business Processes And Configurations.

  • Experience With Integrations Between Workday And Other Systems, Such As Hris Or Payroll.
