  1. Design and develop new features and functionalities for our Workday system to improve the overall user experience and streamline processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical solutions to meet business needs.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configuration, integrations, and data management.
  4. Regularly monitor and maintain the health and performance of the Workday system, proactively identifying and resolving any potential issues.
  5. Stay updated on the latest Workday releases and enhancements, and recommend and implement best practices to optimize system performance.
  6. Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the Workday system.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
  8. Provide technical support and training to end-users on Workday functionality and processes.
  9. Participate in project planning and implementation to ensure the successful deployment of new Workday features and functionalities.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Workday system.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for system upgrades and enhancements.
  12. Adhere to all data privacy and security regulations and policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information within the Workday system.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for Workday technology, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  14. Proactively identify and communicate any potential risks or issues that may impact the Workday system or processes.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Workday technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new features and functionalities into our system.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Workday Applications, Including Experience With Custom Report Writing, Eib Integrations, And Calculated Fields.

  • Strong Understanding Of Workday Hcm, Payroll, And Financial Modules, With The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Business Processes.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Tools Such As Xslt, Xml, Java, And Workday Studio.

  • Experience Working In An Agile Development Environment And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver High-Quality Solutions.
