- Develop and implement talent and organizational development strategies that align with the overall HR and company objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and create tailored solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop effective succession planning strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops focused on leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on talent and organizational development trends, best practices, and innovative approaches.
- Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent and organizational development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular evaluations and analyze feedback to continuously improve the quality and impact of talent and organizational development programs.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise and resources in support of talent and organizational development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by promoting and encouraging employee development opportunities.
- Communicate and reinforce the company's values, mission, and goals through all talent and organizational development initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent and organizational development to ensure Prisma Health remains a competitive employer.
- Collaborate with diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Prisma Health, promoting our values and culture to potential candidates and external partners.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent And Organizational Development, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience Designing And Delivering Training Programs.
Demonstrated Experience In Organizational Change Management And Implementing Strategic Initiatives.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop Data-Driven Solutions And Recommendations.
