1. Develop and implement talent and organizational development strategies that align with the overall HR and company objectives.
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and create tailored solutions to address them.
3. Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop effective succession planning strategies.
4. Design and deliver training programs and workshops focused on leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
5. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert on talent and organizational development trends, best practices, and innovative approaches.
7. Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent and organizational development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
8. Conduct regular evaluations and analyze feedback to continuously improve the quality and impact of talent and organizational development programs.
9. Partner with external vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise and resources in support of talent and organizational development initiatives.
10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by promoting and encouraging employee development opportunities.
11. Communicate and reinforce the company's values, mission, and goals through all talent and organizational development initiatives.
12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
13. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent and organizational development to ensure Prisma Health remains a competitive employer.
14. Collaborate with diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace.
