Welcome to Prisma Health! We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent & Organizational Development Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the growth and development of our employees and organization as a whole. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving talent and organizational development programs that align with our overall business objectives. If you are a passionate and results-driven individual with a strong background in talent management and organizational development, we would love to hear from you!

  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for talent and organizational development.
  2. Create and execute programs that support employee growth and development.
  3. Align talent and organizational development strategies with overall business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with Human Resources team to ensure programs are in line with company culture and values.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent and organizational development.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to track the success and impact of development programs.
  7. Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and create plans for filling those gaps.
  8. Design and facilitate training and development workshops for employees at all levels.
  9. Coach and mentor employees to support their professional growth and development.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for talent and organizational development within the company.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to deliver effective development programs.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve existing talent and organizational development initiatives.
  13. Communicate and promote development opportunities to employees.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent & Organizational Development, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience Designing And Delivering Training Programs.

  • Experience With Performance Management Processes, Talent Assessment, And Succession Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
