As a Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by efficiently answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate individuals within our organization.   1. Efficiently answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals within the organization.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to callers by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards all callers, representing the organization in a positive light.
  4. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with callers, colleagues, and other departments within the organization.
  5. Maintain knowledge of the organization's services, departments, and staff to accurately direct calls.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the answering service and switchboard system.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise with the answering service and switchboard system.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and call routing.
  9. Remain organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment to ensure all calls are answered and directed efficiently.
  10. Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the organization.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions for enhancing the answering service and switchboard operations.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  13. Act as a positive representative of the organization, promoting a culture of exceptional customer service and teamwork.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings as required.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Support Analyst At Prisma Health Must Possess Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Handle Incoming Calls And Provide Accurate Information To Callers.

  • Knowledge Of Phone Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Telephone Systems, Including Answering And Transferring Calls, Placing Callers On Hold, And Taking Detailed Messages.

  • Multitasking Ability: As A Support Analyst, One Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Answering Calls, Transferring Calls, And Responding To Emails To Ensure Timely And Efficient Customer Service.

  • Attention To Detail: A Support Analyst Must Pay Close Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Calls Are Accurately Transferred To The Appropriate Department And All Messages Are Delivered Correctly.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Essential For A Support Analyst At Prisma Health. The Candidate Must Have A Customer-Centric Approach And Be Able To Handle Challenging Situations With Empathy And Professionalism.
