  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce costs for the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of goods.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, purchasing activities, and supplier information.
  6. Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments of supply chain processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  8. Coordinate and manage the distribution of supplies to various departments and locations within the organization.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department managers and senior leadership, to understand supply needs and develop efficient procurement plans.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of the competition.
  11. Train and mentor team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
  12. Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions in a timely and efficient manner.
  13. Ensure all supply chain activities are in compliance with ethical and sustainable practices.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of new supply chain initiatives and technologies.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Principles And Practices, Including Inventory Management, Sourcing, And Logistics.

  • Experience With Supply Chain Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
