1. Provide strategic legal guidance to executive leadership team on all legal matters related to healthcare services and operations.
2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and stay up-to-date on changes in healthcare laws and regulations.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risk and ensure ethical and compliant practices.
4. Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on potential legal implications of business decisions.
5. Oversee and manage the legal department, including hiring and training of legal staff.
