  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in optometry to assist patients in selecting the right eyewear products.
  3. Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of eyewear products.
  4. Perform detailed and accurate measurements to ensure proper fit and functionality of eyewear products.
  5. Educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in the field of optometry and eyewear products.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including all eyewear displays and inventory.
  8. Assist in training and mentoring junior opticians on best practices and company policies.
  9. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and standards.
  11. Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims.
  12. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and provide feedback on ways to enhance our services.
  13. Maintain accurate records of patient transactions and interactions.
  14. Assist in inventory management and ordering of eyewear products.
  15. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  16. Uphold and promote the values and mission of Prisma Health.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Licensed Optician

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Optometric Practices And Procedures
