- Develop and implement resource management strategies to effectively allocate and utilize resources to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify resource needs and ensure they are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Or Business Management.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Staffing And Resource Management.
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Teams And Departments.
