  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of research projects at Prisma Health, including clinical trials and studies.
  2. Work closely with the research team to develop and implement study protocols and procedures.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards in all research activities.
  4. Recruit and screen potential participants for studies, and maintain accurate records of participant information.
  5. Schedule and conduct study visits and follow-up appointments with participants.
  6. Collect, organize, and analyze data, and prepare reports for presentation to the research team.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and external partners to facilitate smooth execution of research projects.
  8. Maintain and update study documentation, including informed consent forms, study protocols, and data collection forms.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of research strategies and initiatives.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in medical research to inform and improve study processes.
  11. Communicate regularly with study participants to ensure their understanding and compliance with study procedures.
  12. Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through conference presentations, publications, and other channels.
  13. Assist in the training and supervision of research assistants and other staff involved in research projects.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and organized research environment.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of Prisma Health in all research activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Clinical Research.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Research Coordination, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Proficient In Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting, With A Working Knowledge Of Statistical Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Interact With Study Participants And External Stakeholders.
