- Coordinate and manage all aspects of research projects at Prisma Health, including clinical trials and studies.
- Work closely with the research team to develop and implement study protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards in all research activities.
- Recruit and screen potential participants for studies, and maintain accurate records of participant information.
- Schedule and conduct study visits and follow-up appointments with participants.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data, and prepare reports for presentation to the research team.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to facilitate smooth execution of research projects.
- Maintain and update study documentation, including informed consent forms, study protocols, and data collection forms.
- Participate in the development and implementation of research strategies and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in medical research to inform and improve study processes.
- Communicate regularly with study participants to ensure their understanding and compliance with study procedures.
- Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through conference presentations, publications, and other channels.
- Assist in the training and supervision of research assistants and other staff involved in research projects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and organized research environment.
- Uphold the mission and values of Prisma Health in all research activities.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Clinical Research.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Research Coordination, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously.
Proficient In Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting, With A Working Knowledge Of Statistical Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Interact With Study Participants And External Stakeholders.
