  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of research studies conducted by Prisma Health.
  2. Coordinate and communicate with research team members, including physicians, scientists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of studies.
  3. Develop and maintain study protocols and procedures in accordance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
  4. Recruit and screen potential study participants, ensuring eligibility criteria are met.
  5. Obtain informed consent from study participants and maintain strict confidentiality.
  6. Collect, record, and organize data from study participants in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Monitor and ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
  8. Assist with data analysis and interpretation, and contribute to the preparation of research publications and presentations.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study progress and any adverse events.
  10. Act as a liaison between the study team and external stakeholders, such as funding agencies and regulatory bodies.
  11. Collaborate with other departments within Prisma Health, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth operation of research studies.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and developments in healthcare research, and make recommendations for improvement of study processes and procedures.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of new research projects.
  14. Train and supervise research assistants and other support staff.
  15. Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues that may arise during the course of research studies.
  16. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain the highest level of professionalism in all interactions with study participants and colleagues.
  17. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the research team.
  18. Other responsibilities as assigned by the research team leader or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Clinical Research.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Research Or Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Healthcare Environment.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Researchers, Healthcare Professionals, And Patients.

  • Knowledge Of Research Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp).
