- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to women and children in the Women's and Children's Services department.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Participate in continuing education and training to maintain knowledge and skills in women's and children's health.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
- Remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or needs.
- Continuously assess and improve patient care processes and procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information.

Current Rn License In The State Of South Carolina
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Women's And Children's Health Care
Knowledge And Understanding Of Obstetrical And Pediatric Nursing Principles And Procedures
Bls And Nrp Certifications (Or Willingness To Obtain Within 3 Months Of Hire)
