1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department.
2. Assess and triage patients, prioritize care based on acuity, and collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
3. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient response.
4. Utilize advanced critical thinking skills to quickly assess and respond to changing patient conditions.
5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and emotional support.
6. Accurately document patient information and maintain patient records in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
7. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients, staff, and visitors.
8. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
9. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
