  1. Provide high-quality and personalized care to patients during the pregnancy, labor, and delivery process.
  2. Serve as a source of support and guidance for patients' families during this challenging and joyous journey.
  3. Utilize strong critical thinking skills to assess and prioritize patient needs.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  5. Implement evidence-based practices and follow established protocols to promote positive patient outcomes.
  6. Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and response to treatments.
  7. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  8. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  9. Educate patients and their families on self-care, medication management, and other aspects of their care plan.
  10. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families.
  11. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  13. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
  14. Serve as a role model and mentor to other healthcare team members.
  15. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher From An Accredited Institution

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In An Acute Care Setting, With A Focus On Labor And Delivery Or Postpartum Care

  • Bls, Acls, And Nrp Certifications

  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills, Ability To Work Well Under Pressure, And Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
