
Physician - Anesthesiologist

- Maintain a current state medical license and fulfill all necessary continuing education requirements.

Medical Degree: A Physician - Anesthesiologist At Prisma Health Must Have Completed Medical School And Obtained A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree.
Residency Training: Candidates Must Have Completed A Four-Year Anesthesiology Residency Program Accredited By The Accreditation Council For Graduate Medical Education (Acgme).
Board Certification: Prisma Health Requires Its Physician - Anesthesiologists To Be Board Certified By The American Board Of Anesthesiology (Aba) Or The American Osteopathic Board Of Anesthesiology (Aoba).
State Medical License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Unrestricted Medical License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing.
Experience: Preferred Candidates Will Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Physician - Anesthesiologist In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting. This Experience Should Include Proficiency In A Variety Of Anesthetic Techniques And Patient Populations.
